We recently took an order for 760 Heckmondwike Supacord carpet tiles on a Wednesday afternoon for a university in London. The customer required a fast turnaround, and we promised to ensure delivery was made just 2 days later on the Friday of that week.
Knowing that our customer had fitters on site over the weekend and were wanting to get started straight away, we knew that the carpet tiles arriving after the weekend was not going to be good enough. After a number of calls to courier companies it was City Sprint who came to the rescue – picking up the order direct from the manufacturers in Yorkshire and taking it same day to our customer 300 miles away in London. It arrived on site Friday evening at 6pm so that the fitters could start the fit over the weekend.
