Apparently KE66 from Uzin is both a wet-bed and high temperature adhesive, two thinks we tried to avoid when we were growing up, but apparently these are GOOD things when it comes to sticky stuff.
It has a short open time which is the time it takes for the adhesive to bond after you’ve smothered it everywhere which is a good thing because nobody likes hanging around for ages. For tiles and planks its around 5-10 minutes, for sheet application its more like 20-25 minutes.
Okay so what can you use it for? Well its designed for luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) vinyl and rubber flooring – particularly in areas subject to high temperatures. So think conservatories, large floor to ceiling windows or hospitals. High temperatures? Get it? Hospitals? Moving on…
To apply this to your substrate use a notched trowel and allow to partially dry before sticking your flooring down. Apply the adhesive uniformly, don’t be flicking it like a crazy person. If you want more detailed instructions than this (you really should) download the spec sheet above.
We’ll ship this to UK mainland next working day and anywhere else in the world as soon as we check Google maps. Call us for info or if you need guaranteed next day delivery or pre 10am.
