DCTUK was delighted to work with Todd Doors Showroom in West London, where we installed 100 square metres of Interface Upon Common Ground Shallows carpet planks in Spinifex. Known for their biophilic design, these planks draw inspiration from natural landscapes, enhancing indoor spaces with subtle textures and warm, earthy tones.

This project presented an added challenge due to the numerous door edges in the showroom. Our expert fitting team meticulously cut and shaped the carpet planks to seamlessly integrate around each door, ensuring a flawless finish throughout the space.

The Upon Common Ground collection prioritises sustainability, featuring 100% recycled nylon and achieving carbon neutrality through Interface’s Carbon Neutral Floors™ programme. Its design not only promotes environmental responsibility but also creates a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere ideal for retail environments.

We designed it!

At DCTUK, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless experience from consultation to installation. Todd Doors initially booked a design consultation with our expert team, where we worked closely with them to understand their needs and vision for the showroom. During the visit, our designers provided professional guidance to help select the ideal flooring solution that matched their aesthetic and functional requirements.

Following the consultation, we arranged for samples of the shortlisted options to be sent directly to the client, allowing them to experience the textures and colours firsthand. To further aid their decision-making process, we created ultra-realistic 4K visuals of their showroom with the chosen flooring options, completely free of charge. This personalised service ensured complete confidence in their final choice and showcased how their space would be transformed.
