This floor is available in two different formats from LG - Harmony and Advance. Harmony is the flagship stickdown LVT tile from LG and arrives on your doorstep with a 4-sided bevel and registering embossing of the tile surface ensuring the grain texture is felt across the wear layer. As with all stickdown LVT, existing flooring must be removed and the subfloor prepared to be perfectly smooth and dry. Any bumps on the subfloor will result in a few hiccups once fitted!
The other option is to buy Harmony which features many of the benefits of Advance, but with a gluedown system installation format. It comes with added slip-resistance and incorporates sound reducing properties from its IXPE foam backing layer. This makes it a perfect solution for areas of high footfall such as corridors, upper floors, stairs etc.
