Full job description

DCTUK.com is seeking a Junior PPC Analyst with a passion for paid media. We invite you to join our dynamic and energetic marketing team, in an exciting new role, at our Clerkenwell, London office. We offer a complimentary TFL travel card for your commute and enjoy free lunch Fridays to end the week on a high note. Initially the role will be full time based in the office (Monday to Friday), but hybrid working may be agreed later on should a level of autonomous working develop and key objectives are met on a consistant basis.

You will have at least 1 years experience in using Google Ads to create text ad and shopping campaigns. Ideally you will also have experience in using Google Analytics, Looker Studio and understanding the basics of e-commerce sites and how Google Ads uses conversion metrics to execute campaigns.

You will work under the direction of our Head of Marketing and our external consultants who will help you with understanding the tasks and objectives that need to be completed on a daily basis.

The below objectives encompass the various tasks that you will be engaged with but this will be under direct supervision by others and you are not expected to know how to execute all of the below from day one. Training will be provided in each area and regular meetings to ensure objectives are on track.

Key objectives:

  • Oversee and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, Performance Max (Pmax), and Shopping campaigns.

  • Manage and optimise the product feed to ensure accurate and effective ad targeting.

  • Set and achieve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets and specific conversion goals.

  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for daily improvements.

  • Write compelling and creative ad copy that captures attention and drives engagement.

  • Ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

  • Develop and maintain relevant audience signals and asset groups to ensure accurate targeting.

  • Regularly update and refine audience segments based on performance data and market trends.

  • Manage the company's Microsoft Ads account in conjunction with Google Ads to ensure cohesive and effective cross-platform strategies.

  • Optimise campaigns across both platforms to maximise reach and ROI.

  • Work closely with other marketing team members to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

  • Communicate campaign performance and strategy updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Assist in managing and allocating the PPC budget effectively to ensure optimal use of resources.

  • Monitor spend and adjust bids to stay within budget while maximising campaign performance.

This role is perfect for you if:

  • Have an analytical mind, a strong eye for detail and take analysing data down to a minute level.

  • You love the idea of being part of a small/medium sized business and playing a key role in our growth.

  • You have some level of experience in Paid Media/PPC and want to progress under experienced professionals.

  • You're passionate about data and you relish the challenge of making incremental improvements day by day.

  • You are not easily phased and stay calm under pressure.

  • You can sign up to our company values and provide enthusiasm outside of your role working as a team, not as an individual.

  • You enjoy working with others in a small team in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Our core values:
