What you need to know

Bostik Screedmaster Hytec E570 One Coat DPM is a two part damp proof membrane that's ready to go after just one coat.

The official brochure says "curing is by a stoichiometric chemical reaction" - we've no idea what this means but we can tell you it's designed to stop residual moisture in subfloors and does the job in just one coat. That's fast work! Generally a DPM is a membrane that sits directly on your subfloor and then a primer and smoothing compound is applied on top.

This DPM is a particular favourite in the trade and is regularly used in hospitals, retail outlets, schools and commercial projects. It's suitable for use with underfloor heating and is solvent free.

This 5kg package covers approximately 13m2. This product is also available in a 10kg kit.
