You wouldn't wallpaper over a chipped wall and hope nobody would notice (well, if you do - open a new tab up and search "plastering") so why would you lay decorative flooring over an uneven, rough floor?
Bostik Screedmaster SL C540 Flow is a two-part cementitious underlayment that smooths uneven floors prior to laying decorative floor coverings. So, over time, the flooring will stay in perfect condition. Think happy subfloor - happy client.
Once the Screedmaster SL C540 Flow is mixed for 2 minutes, it is ready to be applied to the floor. Using a trowel, it can be smoothly applied and levelled with ease. It can be used over most common substrates including concrete, sand/cement screeds, stone, anhydrite screeds, terrazzo and quarry tiles, as well as asphalt and other strong, rigid subfloors.
We recommend to fitters that you prime the floor with Bostik's primer then lay the Screedmaster SL C540 Flow as it takes 1.5 hours to dry, regardless of the cold weather. The low odour formulation also makes it ideal for use in occupied buildings.
