Ahead of the #BSW17 celebrations we took a trip down to Yorkshire to visit our very good friends at the Elite Office Furniture factory to find out exactly what goes on behind the scenes of their glossy brochure but before you press play,

British Science Week
British Science Week is a grassroots celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths. All of the above might have once given you the shudders at school but it's the 21st Century baby and time to celebrate all of the cool things this kind of magic can help make happen.
Last month we celebrated the world's unsung heroes of invention and recognised that without their intergalactic IQ we'd be pretty lost and that's kind of what Science week is all about too. It's a 10 day celebration with thousands and thousands of dedicated events going on all around the country.
This year's theme is Space for Science: Science in Space, all about finding a space for science (funnily enough) in your life wether it's outer space, digital space or personal space.
We hear NASA are still pretty far off carpet tiling the moon yet so we decided to celebrate science in the best way possible - by exploring all of the cutting edge (literally) technology, innovative manufacturing methods and general genius that goes into making our exceptional office desks, castor chairs and commercial storage...
